Redesign
I finally got around to doing the much needed redesign. I still have a couple of pages to design, but most, including the blog, are done.

Music as a Propellant
When I started producing and DJ'ing at the tender age of 14, I had no idea where it would take me. I have never thought of it as anything but a hobby, yet, as it turns out, music has always been involved in the twists and turns of my life.
It has taken me to numerous countries; through music i have met most of my friends and it has been an outlet for difficult emotions and frustration since I bought my first stereo when I was 8 years old.
In the past few years, my musical globetrotting has instigated dramatic life changes and challenges far beyond anything I thought I would face in my lifetime. In the summer of 2001 I took a five week trip to Detroit to explore this cradle of the music I love so dearly. While there I met the woman who was to become my wife. Following several months apart, Clarissa moved to Denmark for 5 months and on July 4th 2002 I arrived in my new home town, Detroit, MI, USA. We have since relocated to San Francisco, where, in spite of the hopeless job market, I have found a job that I really like.
When I look back on where and who I was back in the summer of 2001, it seems like it would have been impossible to get to where I am now. The individual obstacles Clarissa and I have overcome to make all this happen seem huge, yet when I think of them as a whole, it seems like they were overcome in an instant.
Now I am about as far from my place of birth as I can get, yet I have never felt more at home.
